A lovely find in a recent estate, these cloche hats are like hen's teeth! This one is a beauty though a bit rough. It's still completely wearable though. It has a 14" brim. The straw underside and lining are in great shape, but the top silk taffeta is in need of some TLC. It has glass "Berries", some are broken. It's a big size, fits a 23" head or smaller. Great flapper style, Downton Abbey costume, or any other antique car or clothing event.
